Essex County Standard features our new Colchester development

Our new development, on the site of the former St Albrights workhouse, in Stanway Colchester, was featured this week, Friday 8th July, in the Essex County Standard.

The ECS printed an interesting feature entitled 'The changing face of our town', on the regeneration of the Stanway area, including the demolition of the old Sainsbury's store at Tollgate and progress our site in London Road, Stanway. 

Aerial photographs show the unusual shape of the main Georgian building at St Albrights, together with the retained buildings.  Clearance of the interiors is now substantially complete, with the new build housing around the perimeter, just starting to take shape.
