A not so secret success

Knight Developments have successfully sold out at their Colchester town centre development The Secret Garden. Knight Developments transformed a former general practice clinic building into a development of 14 stunning one and two bedroom apartments, as well as building a low level new build block of two bedroom apartments within the grounds.

Many of the apartments benefitted from views across Colchester's Castle Park, with several looking directly towards the Castle itself. Anne Hillyer, Sales and Marketing Manager at Knight Developments, puts the success of the development down to "the superb location combined with Knight's outstanding specification and build quality", adding that buyers "really liked the secluded peaceful location, coupled with the town centre amenities, just a few hundred yards away in Colchester High Street".
