The Square is well placed for those that work and socialise in the capital. Hornchurch Underground Station is opposite the development and district line trains allow access into central London. You could catch the train at Emerson Park British Rail Station that will take you into London Fenchurch Street or Southend for a day by the coast.

By car, a short drive via the A13 leads you to the M25 and beyond. Stansted Airport is about 40 minutes drive.
